any ideas for a cheap venue in town to rent?

Hello,

I'm planning to host a tea party for Amnestea International in town on 30th May (bank holiday, Sunday) and would really like to try and make it a public affair but I'm not sure of any cheap (or even better, free!) places in E Dul, Peckham Rye or Denmark Hill that I could rent for it? Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for it? Ideally an outdoor & indoor space would be great, fridge & hot water are essential but other than that open to any helpful ideas!
