SteveT
Since having to wear glasses my reading quantity has reduced so I purchase talking books often in cd form.In the car I insert a cd and it waits in the same position when I last switched it off.My cd players at home all go back to the start and I have to trawl for the right place. My question to you high-techies is, do they make one that remains at the place where one last switched it off?if there is such a beast can you tell me the make and model?Thank you in anticipation Steve. SeanMacGabhann
I know that many DVD players have this facility, but I've never tested it with CDs in the drive instead of DVD's - have you tried it in a DVD player steve? I'm not saying it will work but worth a tryA quick google suggests anyone else who has asked your question hasn't had much joy Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10657-cd-player-that-plays-where-you-left-off/#findComment-311155 Share on other sites

ruffers
The feature you're looking for is I believe called "Resume play", search for that. Here's one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-Walkman-D-NF340-Personal-Player/dp/tech-data/B000K9DM8S/ref=de_a_smtd which should work.
