Advice for finding a job within school hours

Hi everyone,

I am hoping to cut down my hours in my office job and do some work for myself on a self-employed basis, thereby having more time with my lovely children.

I am therefore wondering if there is a market for someone to do PR/marketing - i.e. help with social media and advertising - to local small businesses and if so what might be of interest and how much per month would you think is reasonable to pay?
