Amazing carpet fitter: just had Neil 'the lifesaver' carpet fitter do a beautiful job of refitting by bedroom carpet at very late notice fitting me in after his normal working day was done because he's a great chap and took pity on a heavily pregnant mother who wanted to get back into her bed in her own room. Can't recommend him highly enough. His number is 07984 147403. Very reasonable prices. He's coming back to do more rooms next week because he's such a legend.

  Staff have changed and owner now taking a more active role….she is such a nice+lady so I encourage you to try again . I am all for supporting local business and personally very glad after appalling service earlier this year Gail’s has closed.. Change of staff and chefs were unreal.. In one month alone must have had at least 4 new chefs plus god knows how many waiters/ waitresses.. when Ai saw that happening, new it was gonna be down hill all the way.

  I know - we have been here lots of times since it first opened, which is why we were disappointed that it was closed at a time it was supposed to be open, but with no notice to say why! I guess we will just have to ask the reason at our next visit, but I'm not sure we will risk Saturday lunchtime again unless we find the closure was an unavoidable one off ....
