Recommended Posts

Brand New in packaging. RRP around ?30. I do have 3 of those for sale. Collection from Camberwell/Denmark Hill

Sweet Dreamers Russell the Dream Sheepdog? is a great way to help toddlers feel comforted and secure at bedtime as his enchanting 'light show' lulls them off to sleep. Better still Russell has a voice recorder so parents can create a personalised recording of themselves, songs or favourite stories for their toddler to enjoy.

Russell?s blue and green colour therapy light show is unique. The combination of these two sleep inducing colours has been proven to help the body release soothing and calming hormones thereby triggering sleep. With the light show lasting a full 30 minutes, it?s almost certainly long enough to help settle even the most restless toddler! And as if that isn?t enough, Russell?s unique personalised four minute recording feature will help create even more of a calming influence!

Whether it?s a story or a song, Russell will repeat it eight times, so your child can enjoy listening to 32 minutes of their favourite recording... and we all know how much young children love to hear things again and again! Russell really is the perfect cuddly night time pal who?s clever features certainly make him ?Top dog?!

Cute, cuddly and comforting... Sweet Dreamers Russell the Dream Sheepdog? soft toy is set to become a favourite at toddler's bedtimes as he helps combat fear of the dark and eliminates bedtime battles.

Sound and light activated by buttons in the each of the front paws.

Recording feature via control pod.

    • I imagine Franco Manca's business dropped off quite a bit when Yard Sale opened (though isn't Yard Sale delivery only?) But in any case, both of those are chains.
    • Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car.  That's good of Sainsburys! We've done the apple pie and tart thing, an ongoing muesli thing and the coleslaw thing - just not sure what effect all the sugars are having on our digestive tracts.  If we were in Somerset and had a press, I'd consider it. Can't be that diffcult, can it?
    • One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it
    • There's a food bank off Dog Kennel Hill. Albrighton Community Fridge. https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org/ I'm sure they would welcome them, but maybe check first, as they don't actually mention fresh fruit on their website? But apples aren't that perishable. Drop off seven days a week 9 - 5. Be warned if you are going by car, parking can be very difficult, easiest if there are two of you so one person can take the food in while the other can move the car if necessary.
