citizenED
My son, nearly 5, often skips as we walk around. When he does, it lifts my heart and makes everything right with the world. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10751-skipping/ Share on other sites
mrs.lotte
What a sweet post citizenEd. My 5 year old boy does this too, babbling 5 year old nonsense at the same time and I love it. He also hugs me a lot and tells me I'm the best mummy in the world (I'm not btw) I dont want him to get any older! Belle
ahh - funnily enough, the other day I got the train to herne hill and got the lift down as had pushchair. There was the most charming wee boy going down in the lift (was v polite to me and an old lady also in the lift) and was clearly spending some time going down in the lift, then running up to the platform and doing it again. Anyway, I noticed that as he ran, he skipped, and I was really pleased that schoolboys still skip! EDmummy
4-5 yr old boys are the most wonderful! My almost 5 yr old tells me how beautiful I look/smell, loves to help and copes with his own car sickness by singing Abba or Michael Jackson songs to himself. He hasn't quite managed skipping in the conventional way. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/10751-skipping/#findComment-312969 Share on other sites
