It is a spacious 3 double bedroom house with an open plan feel to it. All rooms are light and airy and

decorated to a high standard. All rooms have features such as cast iron fireplaces and alcoves/picture rails etc... And original floorboards throughout.

The kitchen is fitted with all appliances: oven/hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, extractor

Downstairs there is a small separate cloakroom with toilet and basin.

The reception room is large and bright and can be all open plans or closed off and opens to the garden with double doors

    • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
