I have a spacious Double Room, with a lot of light to rent in my home in Peckham from the 1st Jul - 1st Dec, as I will be moving to Italy. We have loads of shops nearby and the train station is only a 10 min walk from the house, there is also a plethora of bus stops scattered around. The room is furnished with a single day bed, airbed, loads of plants, 1 storage unit,wardrobe and a desk. ?640 per month including all bills. There are two other housemates within the home. Seems ED might be one of them ☹️

You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre. The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
