Hi, I am looking for someone to cover for my usual nanny for 4/5 weeks from 25 July. I have 8 month old twin boys, William and Alex, and my usual help comes from 3-7 every week day. She looks after the boys for me so I can do other bits and bobs, but I'm generally around and about while she is here. She is also happy to do some ironing for me and helps with all the clearing up after Will and Alex's tea etc! We bath the boys together. I don't mind at all if you don't have any qualifications as I am around and about, but some form of reference would be preferable. If you are interested, please send your details or PM me. Thanks so much!

Hi ALL. My name is Carmel Thomas i am English spoken have currently finish working for 2 families doing a nanny share with a 34 month old boy and a 36 month old girl.I have cared for them from Monday to Wednesday for the past 2 years,But due to both families circumstances i will be finishing my current job at the end of June. i have recently found a new family to start with in September. But i am looking for work to fill them days i look after a little girl on a Thursday so i wont be available to do that day. the times sound perfect.

I am a very energetic and enthusiastic nanny. And try to get out with children daily (weather permitting). We explore different areas and nature parks. We also attend different playgroups;and i set up different kinds of activities e.g messy play, painting, play dough ect which the children enjoy doing .Everyday is an adventure. I am level 3 qualified and have had 8 years experience with children 0-10.

I am currently in the process of updating my DBS check and have recently updated my first aid training.

    • I’m currently conducting exploratory research into menstrual health education in UK secondary schools and would really value the insight of PSHE leads, Heads of Year, or pastoral staff.    The research aims to understand:   How the menstrual cycle is currently taught within the RSHE framework Where schools feel confident — and where there may be gaps Whether students are taught and  asking questions around the full menstrual cycle, symptoms, wellbeing and conditions such as PMS/PMDD or endometriosis How schools support students in feeling empowered to understand their bodies and seek help appropriately Whether education around nutrition, lifestyle, and menstrual wellbeing is currently addressed   The long-term goal is to explore whether there is a need for additional, age-appropriate, medically informed support on the menstrual cycle.  I’m not selling a programme and there is no obligation beyond a 30 minute informal chat online (Unpaid). All conversations will be confidential and used only to inform the research. If you work in a UK secondary school and would be willing to share your perspective, I would be extremely grateful to hear from you. Please comment below or email me [email protected] Thank you for the vital work you do. Best wishes, Emma
    • Nice topic and nice song!  1) Definitely top of Canonbie, looking North. 2) What used to be Francesca Cabrini school at the top of FHR. 3) Honor Oak playground, next to Camberwell New cemetery.
