Hi Rowan,

I am looking for an apartment to move into end of June/ beginning of July. Your place sounds perfect and wondering if I could arrange to come and see it. Myself and my partner are looking with our friend who will be in the second room. We are all very much looking forward to finding somewhere.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Louise

Hi Rowan,

Thank you for your email. The earliest we could move in would be 1st July. I would love to come and see it if possible. I'm free tomorrow night if that's ok with you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

My number is 07963702520 if you would prefer to text.

    • DKH was two form entry, it is now one form entry to cope with the fact it was far more under subscribed than other schools in the area. They had actually combined year groups into single classes, 3/4 and 5/6.  When a school changes name, it’s usually because of a bad reputation perhaps the results.  The new name is dry with no history unlike its current name. It’s a very sketchy decision. It’s an expensive vanity project for someone.  What  will happen if the name change does not increase applications to the school?
    • @first mate I assume Alice made a mistake, as she removed her reaction.  I was wondering about park wardens. As I said, there was one there last night, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. As well as bringing me to the police, he caught up with a young guy on a bike who'd earlier been the victim of an attempted theft by these kids and linked him up with the police too. But I do wonder, as I've only very occasionally seen him riding around, how many they have and what hours they patrol. I've no doubt they'd be a strong deterrent if they had a better presence. They were nowhere to be seen the first time around.  Update: I've just found this: https://services.southwark.gov.uk/community-safety/community-wardens The guy in the photo at the bottom of the page was the lovely warden of last night and I've just now remembered him telling me he's based in Burgess Park. Anyway, there needs to be more of them, as I rarely see one in Peckham.
