help for bursitis and tennis elbow?

Can anyone recommend anywhere I can go to get some relief? I have had steroid injections in my shoulder (bursitis) and my tennis elbow but I am in agony still! I don't want to resort to surgery just yet and am hoping someone can pinpoint me to anywhere that can help.

  Another recommendation for Adam on the Dartmouth Road. Have been going there for years. I will never go anywhere else (unless I move home to somewhere far away!) No faff, very reasonal price and nice atmosphere 👍

  Thanks so much I’ll try that too… might still try getting hold of an air purifier as well if at all possible - want to try cover all bases!
