Where's nice for a baby's tea, outside if poss?

Anyone know anywhere that would be suitable to take a baby to for his tea outside on this lovely sunny fri? Mr Belle hoping to be back from work earlyish today so we thought might be fun to take small Belle out somewhere but can't think - park cafes a bit far and poss wd be closed - not sure when blue mountain closes?
