Furnished double room in friendly house on Barry Road with a view to a very large garden with a vegetable patch. You would be sharing with one other, French male, professional, and a cat. Available on the 2nd June.

The house is semi-detached, with a shared kitchen / living area and a garden. Also a cellar, for extra storage. The room also has lots of storage space.

The location is great, with Peckham Rye at the bottom of the road and Dulwich Park at the top. There is a bus stop very near by with connections to Peckham (10 mins) and to Forest Hill (15 mins). East Dulwich station is around 20 mins walk away. Parking is always available in the street.

The price includes bills.

      Hello! We are relocating abroad and so will be withdrawing our two children (ages 4 and 6) from St Dunstan’s College (Catford). If any family is considering enrolling children of a similar age, now would be an excellent opportunity—we’re required to pay full‑term fees unless the places are taken.       Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

      Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
