My partner and I are moving and due to giving short notice period to our landlord are helping him out to get new tenants.

We really love this flat and are only moving due to my partners company relocating. It's super cosy and very cheap to run. The pictures in the advert are actually of the 2nd floor flat, ours is identical but on 1st floor and with bigger windows. Comes furnished with everything you need and it's worth saying our landlord is really great, a rare find these days!


If you're interested get in touch with our landlord to register interest and then PM me for a viewing. Happy to take general questions too. We are available today before 2pm and tomorrow morning then we go on holiday for a few days. I think our landlord is also doing viewings through an agency so could view with them while we're away.

      I booked Nico based on the reviews on here and wasn't disappointed. He called me back promptly, diagnosed what was wrong with a leak under our kitchen sink and a toilet making odd noises, turned up when he said he would and fixed both problems. Both jobs were more complicated than expected due to our house and plumbing being old, but he stayed until he was happy the jobs were done to a high standard and both problems were fixed. We have had so many issues in the past with things leaking water or malfunctioning as soon as a plumber leaves, so wouldn't hesitate to book him again and will definitely recommend him to anyone needing work done.

      It’s absolutely the right place.  It would’ve been placed in the drawing room, but that room has been demolished so the lounge is perfect.
