It is newly renovated and has:- many original Victorian features - decent-sized south facing garden - off street parking for two cars - large through-reception - bright and contemporary kitchen/diner at rear - three double bedrooms - stylish bathroom and additional WC adjacent - new contemporary flooring downstairs and new carpets upstairs- a large loft space with huge openable window and electric points, in case tenants would like to use it as a study or similarIt is a lovely family road and the location is excellent - Kent House trains run every 15 mins to Victoria, Clock House station is roughly 5 mins walk and trains run to London Bridge. Penge West is a 5 min bus ride away - London Overground goes to Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, Islington etc. 10mins walk to Beckenham Spa - loads of family and children's activities here. Also lots of supermarkets nearby - Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Sainsburys, Waitrose, M&SI have been advised by five estate agents that I should market the house at ?1900 pcm. I am open to offers if I can save on agents fees. I am ideally looking for a family to make it their home long term!
