Hello all

Last summer I did an online course with a lovely lady who is basically a life coach with a focus on women (mums in particular) wellbeing & nutrition. It was really fab and helped me feel much calmer and more positive. She is running a course again this year and has asked those who've done it before to get the word out.

  I was there on Tuesday and Thursday this week. Lots of grit on the steps into the pool. Although, the water was a lovely temperature, family changing room wasn't cold and the showers were warm!

  I'd recommend Pete Figgins (EDF Member) who came to my house to help with a number of issues I had with my computer (and printer) & whom I found to be extremely helpful. As I’m not technically knowledgeable, he explained matters in a language that I understood, comprehensibly answered any questions put to him, and resolved the problems. With his professional approach, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
