We are looking for a childminder who can look after our one year old son for fives days a week from 8am-6:30, we are based in Crofton Park, SE4. I'm looking for someone who is flexible who is happy to travel to SE4. My son is very active and loves being out and about. He is not a shy one, he defiantly enjoys being around people. I'm looking for a childminder who can offer him a wide variety of activities each day and upbeat.


We are two working professionals and is looking for someone to start mid-May as i will be returning to work.


Looking for a qualified childminder with reference.

Hi I am a registered childminder with a lot of experience I was given a good on my inspection by ofstedin may 2016. I go to lots of playgroups soft play/library and parks I am always trying to various others with children I live in tha East dulwich if I can be of any help to you give me a ring.       Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.

      Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

      Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.

      Noisy parties on Crystal Palace road (around number 41)

      Was anyone else disturbed last night/early hours this morning by the party going on in someone’s garden on Crystal Palace road. Can’t see what house exactly but it’s around number 43 - 41… it was happening quite frequently last year. Seems it’s starting again! Very inconsiderate.
