looking for a recommended and local reputable tax accountant

Hi anyone that can help with recommending a good and reputable tax accountant. Hubby has a very small business and needs to file returns. Has tried 2 other ones but they don't seem to know much tax law as he has a lot of expenses.. Any local sole/partnered but reputable tax person would suffice.
