URGENT - Looking for temporary accommodation for 10 weeks

Hi

I'm a single mum looking for temporary accommodation (fully furnished)for my 2yo son and I (and probably my mum)for a period of 8 to 12 weeks within Brockley or new cross area, whilst work is being carried out at our place.

A 1/2 bedroom flat/house child friendly my budget is around ?385.00 per week including bills from End of July if possible beginning of August.
