Thanks for the thanks. He was our very first headliner, back in 2008.

He came back a few times after that, both solo and with Martin Carthy. The last time was last year.

A sad loss, but at least his life was greatly lengthened by his double lung transplant.

He was a very funny man, he had a load of great stories, and I feel very glad he came to play at the Goose.:)
