House/pet-sitter available over summer

Hi there,

I am a 26 year old part-time/freelance worker and I'm moving out of my house on Honor Oak on August 8th.

I'd love to house-sit before I decide where to live next.

I am available Aug 8th - Sept 4th, then again from 16th Sept - November.

I am a teaching assistant, and have worked for the past 4 years for a Sydenham family as a nanny and housekeeper. I am also a freelance artist and designer.

Cleanliness, reliability and organisation are my strong points and I would totally respect your house and home.

I am also happy to care for animals too, as I grew up with cats and dogs.

  Thanks for your reply. I’ve subscribed to Ancestry a few times in the past but felt I wasn’t using it enough to warrant keeping up the subscription.
- Does anyone remember an incident from the late 90s/early 00s in which a young man fell to death from Dawsons Heights?

  Hi, I saw your post and just wanted to say that the incident you’re referring to did happen in the late 1980s at Dawson’s Heights. The person involved was named Carl Salawa, and he had just turned 18 years old at the time. Like you, I haven’t been able to find any news articles or official reports about it, If anyone remembers anything more about that time or incident, I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Thanks for sharing what you were told—it means a lot to know others remember.
