Dulwich Park~water leak

A broken main(?) near Queen Mary's Gate has been gently gushing water for around the last two months. I have reported this to Thames Water~apparently not their responsibility. I have reported it to Southwark Parks~no response. The Francis Peek office always seems to be empty so no action there. I have even emailed friends of DP but to no avail. What more can I do? It is a terrible waste even in this wet month.
