Wanted: 2 bed garden flat near park

I'm a professional single person with a well behaved dog and I'm looking for a 2 bed flat near a park with a garden. I'm completing on the sale of my flat at the beginning of July and so would need a place from mid-end July.

Happy to pay a higher deposit for the dog and will look at furnished and unfurnished.

Budget between 1300 up to around 1600 per month and can pay in advance.
