Hi there, I have an Aspen mountain bike for sale for fun cycling (not a pro-level MB). It has cownhorn-style handlebars, is in decent condition (though brakes a bit squeaky, but not worn)and would ideally suit someone between 5ft6 to 5ft11in. 24 gears (should be enough!. ?55

  Gosh, calm down.. How about not getting so heated, and not eat for 24 hours with sips of water? Try it and you may, just may understand, starvation, no water. No meds at all even if you need them - hasten to add, don’t do it at all if you are medically dependent. In fact, why doesn’t ED - do this for half a day - say in Oct, when everyone has come back from enjoying their, hols, new term starting and as a community, we could all be 1.? Before, November, fireworks, etc.
