Raising money for Guys and St Thomas Hospital

I am doing the Crystal Palace Triathlon on May 23rd. Its my first Tri and i've been training hard for a while for it. I'm hoping that there are some forumites out there that have had a good experience with the trust and will be willing to donate something towards my cause.
