House clearance: sofa, dining table + chairs, microwave, wardrobe

House clearance because of moving to a smaller flat in a couple of weeks. Cheap prices because have to sell fast! Most of the items are in an immaculate condition.

- IKEA white dining table + 4 red chairs, good condition ? 40 (bought around ?150)

- IKEA SANDBY two-seater sofa white (washable cover) 147cm W x 82cm D, excellent condition ?50 (bought around ?190)

- Microwave red, good condition but small chip at the front as per picture ?20 (bought ?60)

All items to be picked up in Tulse Hill, SE21 (Thurlow Park Road).
