Zumba comes to East Dulwich!!!

I am starting to run Zumba classes at Push Studios in East Dulwich ~ if you have'nt heard about Zumba so far - you will!!

Zumba is a FANTASTIC cardio and fat burning aerobic workout based on latin american dance rhythms with great music, there is an introductory ?5 class at Push Studios (17 Blackwater Street, behind William Rose butchers off Lordship Lane) on Saturday 8th May at 10am, but the spaces are limited to its best to email me first ([email protected]) for booking or any other information - Zumba is going to explode in the UK very soon, for more information visit the Zumba website www.zumba.com - hope to see you there!
