Roof survey

Hi, can anyone recommend a decent surveyor to survey my roof? I don't want a roofing company to do it as they will try and sell me a new roof. I need an independent surveyor who has no vested interest in the outcome of the survey. Many thanks!

  No. Both sides of the dispute have to agree to mediation in the first place. I have been in a situation where the other people concerned refused to have mediation. And it wouldn't have been free.

  mediation is often offered as a next step to sorting problems between neighbours. Perhaps ask the council for that. You shouldn't need to pay.
