Edwardian fire place with marble hearth, cost almost ?400 but selling for ?120 measurements 67.5 H X 52.5 W

Childs bike needs TLC ?10 unsure of size but probably great for 7-12 year old Kid's bike: 20 inch wheels (that's from axle to tire). Saddle at 28 inches now. Can go down to 23/24.
