Looking for good quality Builder recommendations

For a roof steels to be fitted and a roof dorma to be rebuilt and extended

We have PP, Architectural detailed plans and the Structural engineer reports and advice - so the Builder needs to be able to work from the plans with the SE if required

Phew!

If anyone has a rec for a good builder with verifiable references and experience along these line, I would really appreciate it.
