Knomester
HelloI've done a search on the forum and read all of the threads I could find on hypnobirthing, some of which recommend hypnobirthing classes and/or using the natal hypnotherapy book / CD, which is all really useful.I just wondered if anyone has a personal recommendation for a local hypnobirthing practitioner who runs classes or individual sessions? I have borrowed the natal hypnotherapy book and CD from a friend but am also considering whether or not to go to some sessions with my husband. One name I have come across a few times on the Family Discussion is Christine Neillands. Would anyone recommend her? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/11349-hypnobirthing-class-coach-recommendations/ Share on other sites
Belle
i've heard she is good - there is also a bloke at dulwich therapy rooms (above health matters) who is meant to be very good, I can't remember his name but suspect the only hypno therapist working there, you could try calling them to check. He was recommended to me by another practitioner at the therapy rooms there and I'd def try him if/when i have another baby. anna_r
I'm currently doing a course with Kristin Hayward http://www.kristinhayward.com/I've only done one class so far but she is great and explains things really well. She was recommended to me by another friend who did the course and found it really helpful during her (drug free!) home birth with her baby 18 months ago. Fuschia
Christine Neillands is lovely. I didn't do a course with her, but individual sessions. Highly recommended.
