Now as an ex patient my impression was that their is a general lack of accountability or responsibility by the staff at FHRGP and heaven forbid you should disagree with them, "not allowed". They want total control with no scrutiny. How that practice survives, I really don't know. That being said, two or three of the staff are excellent. -

Why would they hide malumbu? I don’t have an attitude, but their reception staff do. I still smiled and thanked . Go and experience it. Sue , because that’s how it works . I wasn’t there for myself, someone else. Venting on here helps me, however I’m under no obligation to make any sense to you. You sound deluded about staff sitting around doing job related things , have you had your Covid jabs? -
