Wanted - Someone to fix/replace toilet (broken seat fixings)

I have a RAK back to wall toilet and looking at its reviews online everyone experiences the same issues I'm having.

Basically, the seat continually works itself loose and now the bit where you tighten it up had dropped down so one side is completely un-attached

I either need someone who can access and repair the toilet seat itself (the toilet is sealed to the wall behind it) or to replace the toilet completely. I think the latter is the most likely as I've a feeling I may need this work done every 6 months. Any recommendations?
