Reliable part- time PA / house help available for September

Recommended Posts

Do you need a capable and reliable Personal Assistant / housekeeper? Someone who will assist you with the daily chores while you are busy at work or out with the children ?

Someone who goes to the post office to send your letters and parcels, collects your perscriptions, orders and receives your deliveries, books appointments, taxies, flights for you and cooks the meal of your choice, so it's ready when you come home from work?

If so, look no further.

I am a reliable and proactive person from the Nunhead/ East Dulwich area, well organised and punctual, I am able to prioritise a workload and fulfil assignments on time and to a high standard.

I am looking for work, preferably in the local area, during the working week from Mondays to Fridays, ideally during school hours, but I can be flexible. I require a minimum of 16 hours per week.

Being a mother, I am aware of the different demands on women who run a business, work a lot and also want to be there for their children.

I would be the ideal PA to a busy working mother or a travelling business man.

Coming from a creative background I am able to help you in many aspects from setting up a dining table for you and your guests to decorating a room for a child's birthday party.

I am able to cook delicious meals and also to bake cakes of your choice. I will water your garden and feed your cat when you go on holidays.

Excellent references provided. If you are interested please contact me via private message on East Dulwich Forum.

    • Who was Diana Rayworth, when 'resting from acting'. Her successful career was very sadly cut short following a devastating accident.
    • thanks Jenijenjen and all - yes, i remember walking or taking the bus from the elephant (where i was working) to Camberwell to get there.  I think Tim - who's still at Franklin's -  was there in those days, and the woman who ran the cafe!  Other food places that i remember fondly are the ones in Neal's Yard (with the Hunkin sculpture that you could put a coin in ) and the basement lunch place at the Tottenham Court Road junction with Hanway Street...
    • Did you try the emergency number posted above? It mentions lift breakdowns over the festive period outside the advertised  times. Hope you got it sorted x
    • People working in shops should not be "attempting to do the bill in their head." Nor if questioned should they be  trying to "get to an agreeable number." They should be actually (not trying to) getting to the correct number. I'm afraid in many cases it is clearly more than incorrect arithmetic. One New Year's Eve in a restaurant (not in East Dulwich but quite near it) two of us were charged for thirty poppadoms. We were quite merry when the bill came, but not so merry as to not notice something amiss. Unfortunately we have had similar things happen in a well established East Dulwich restaurant we no longer use. There is also a shop in East Dulwich which is open late at night. It used not to display prices on its goods (that may have changed). On querying the bill, we several times found a mistake had been made. Once we were charged twice for the same goods. There is a limit to how many times you can accept a "mistake".  There is also a limit to how many times you can accept the "friendly" sweet talking after it.
