Handyman Needed to pull up floor boards

Can anybody recommend a handyman who knows how to pull up/ cut through original floor boards in our ground floor apartment and put them back down with out too much damage?

We have a rodent problem due to the house next door and we need to block up any gaps in the wall under the floor separating the two properties.
