Looking for a great mum's helper/childminder

Recommended Posts

Hello Dulwich/Peckham nannies,

I'm leaving London in the next month, so I'm helping the beautiful families I've been working for to find someone

great to replace me. They are freelancers so flexibility is a must. They live close by to each other and it turns out to be a full time position as a minimum of around 25/30hrs-week, and some weeks many more hours than that.

You would be with one child at a time, but if it is the case they are also open and happy to have playdates with each other or other children.

If you are available and interested, please, send me your CV and we'll move forward to further info and details.

You can reply my post here or email me on [email protected]

I'll be looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,

Val

    • I know people won’t have any sympathy but the SEND challenge was brought up when taxing parents who have opted for independent school to meet a child’s SEND needs. Funding crisis is getting worse and the VAT on Education pushed children out of independent schools, now their SEND needs are to be met by the state.
    • I completely agree with you - and last night was really terrible where I am. Between midnight and 1am was the worst, where it genuinely felt like a war zone. I had to run out of my house to try and stop a grown man setting them off in open space right by our front doors. In response he went to throw a half lit one at me and then seemed to think better of it. I am so sad at how bad the situation has got here and how selfish people are. Fireworks are bad for the environment and for pets and wildlife, as well as just being unnecessary noise for people too. I have sent an email today to Helen Hayes, which I have done previously on this issue. Would advise anyone to write to your MP to do the same, and to ask them to engage with the debates scheduled for 19 Jan.
    • And they started long before midnight!
    • First mate - I wondered if I was imagining things at 4.45 this morning . Apparently not .
