East Dulwich - Development Location

Hi all,

Someone from the Southwark Planning Authority suggested I tried posting on this forum. I came across the attached photos on Twitter and was wondering if anybody knew of whereabouts these homes were located in East Dulwich? I am very impressed with the quality of external finish and would like to know who the architect behind the project was.

If anyone here could help, it would be very much appreciated.

Interesting - makes a refreshing change to a lot of the new builds I come across.

They look OK, but personally if I was going to live in a new-build, I'd prefer a clean modern design rather than mock-period, finished in "gentrification grey" (as recently coined by another poster).

The finish may be of good quality but ugh, what a horrible pastiche. Why do the planning department even allow that? There are a couple on Oglander road too.
