We have a single room in our house for one person for a short let ending 3rd August.

We are a Professional couple and one other lodger, also professional, 30's and above.

It's ?95 per week, inclusive of all bills except telephone. One weeks notice either way. Well equipped house, with share of well equipped kitchen/diner, and shower/bathroom etc. Central heating, TV in room. Payment one week in advance.

The house is in East Dulwich Grove, close to all amenities and transport. Non smoker and no pets please.

The room has become available because we are in the process of selling our house.

It's a bright, warm house with sociable people!
