Hi - as a new resident in ED I am having a girls night this Saturday. I have booked a table at Liquorice for some food...good idea? would welcome any suggestions for venues for a fun girlie night out in ED!

Dunno about girly night, but popped in for quiet drink with some friends a few weeks ago and wound up at 0200 very merry having had the biggest party session I'd had for ages. Inspired dj, good drinks, happy amiable party crowd. Brilliant unplanned night out.

liquor - ish. Good place for a night out esp on a saturday. Food is ok too so im sure you will have a great night.

Yes, wisel, unfortunately Mick is correct - they DO spell it "liquorish" - but provided you're not expecting to discuss the finer points of Proust, you can fairly wear yourself out enjoying cutting a rug on the tiny dance floor of an evening (I do suggest wearing anything that won't be comrpomised by the flying sweat of others though...)
