Do anyone know...(Concerning real nappies for london voucher)

...If I can be sent out another one. I knew it was the 'important' box but fear it may have been thrown away. I cant find it anywhere. I applied a good while ago, and the expiry date was around mid June. I wanted to use before it ran out, I go to use it tonight... GONE! It must show on their system that I never used the voucher, they are named so surely they would know.

I know Molly may well know... If she around tonight or anybody else?

Hi Gina,

yes just phone them and they will cancel it and issue a new one to you, it is fairly common with vouchers going missing in the post etc.

Phew! Thats great, I am now at the stage now where I'm nearly potty training and want to use reusable for this last length of time (In fact I have wanted to use them since birth but never had enough cash on hip to invest :-( ). You may well be the barer of my voucher... If I ever know which choice to make. Thank you, so I guess I will ring them tomorrow.
