Completely agree. I always go to them for any keys I need cutting and have used them when I've had trouble with a front door lock. They never opt for an expensive solution if a serviceable alternative exists. They are friendly, helpful and polite. They restore my faith in humanity every time I use them. -
I can think of several possible motivations for your writing that, but can't tell which.
