looking for a plumber /tiler to replace a concealed shower

Hi,

Looking for someone to remove an existing concealed shower and supply and fit a replacement shower unit and isolating valves and making good with some replacement tiles- assuming we have enough spare ! If we don't, I would also like a quote to replace the tiling in case there are damages- I'm guessing 1 sqm will be plenty if we just try to create a vertical tiling feature through the shower wall, but if all tiling has to be replaced, I think 5-6m should cover it!

Looking to have work start on 1st August hopefully.

  Get it done properly with an RSJ at ceiling height. Otherwise you will have issues when you sell it. I'd rather the house we are in hadn't had it taken out, both due to the above and the room is poorer for it. If you are a terrace or semi then only one side can have their breast taken out. AI suggests £3.5 to £5k and the need to get a structural report. You will probably need approval under building regs and a party wall agreement with your neighbour.
