In case any of you pregnant ladies is interested I am selling two excellent fitness dvds that my pregnancy brain ordered TWICE on Amazon. Sadly this is not the only hair-brained thing I have done recently! The post is on the general For Sale thread


But I also wanted to ask if any of you are interested in taking up some form of exercise in the park - walking or gentle running or similar. I would need a friend to motivate me!

Bumping this to say that the DVDs are still available and to enquire again if any pregnant ladies would like to join me in some gentle exercise around Peckham Rye Common. I am 20 weeks this friday (looking more like 6 months but it IS a second pregnancy)and desperately need some motivation to get moving. I am free some mornings and most evenings around 7pm. Would also condider swimming at Peckham Pulse...

      Staff have changed and owner now taking a more active role….she is such a nice+lady so I encourage you to try again . I am all for supporting local business and personally very glad after appalling service earlier this year Gail’s has closed.. Change of staff and chefs were unreal.. In one month alone must have had at least 4 new chefs plus god knows how many waiters/ waitresses.. when Ai saw that happening, new it was gonna be down hill all the way.

      I know - we have been here lots of times since it first opened,  which is why we were disappointed that it was closed at a time it was supposed to be open, but with no notice to say why! I guess we will just  have to ask the reason at our next visit, but I'm not sure we will risk Saturday lunchtime again unless we find the closure  was an unavoidable one off ....
