Decorator/ builder recommendations for front garden

We're looking for someone to do some work to our front garden and paint the front of our house. The work required includes:

Sanding down window sills, making good any cracks and painting

Painting the front of the house

Laying tiles on front path and doorstep and smooth concrete for the rest of the front garden

Repointing small brick wall

Painting front gate and rails

Sanding down and painting front door frame

  @Sue - try this one to see the proposed bus stops. Everything after the question mark in the original is tracking code and sometimes they fall over.   It will be useful from time to time particularly getting to west Dulwich. Be interesting how quick to Clapham Junction, Vs train or bus and train.

His team have produced an impressive number of papers over the last few years. The mention of personal differences in clearing of absorbed particles sounds particularly interesting and I look forward to seeing more research on that topic.
