Careful Strong man and a van Friday

Hi I am looking for someone to please collect an order from Wicks at Catford of 15 bags of sand, 6 bags of cement. 4 wooden flower bed dividers and 1 small box of tiles deliver it to Nunhead. The job will also involve carrying it all though the flat from the front to the back garden. I also need a chest of draws, bed side table and shower chair taking from Camberwell to Nunhead and carrying inside. Care will need to be taken please with my internal paint work to ensure that it is not damaged in process! This job needs to be done on Friday Please.
