Lordship lane is but 3 mins away - Welcome to our beautiful Victorian home.


Room 1 - Double Room ?700pcm plus bills - Available from September 1st

Bills per month are ?112 per room, which includes premium cable, sky movies, high speed internet, cleaner, gardener, council tax, gas, electric and water.


I (Katie) am Australian and work in Mayfair in events, my partner Sitara is American and works in Finance in Canary Whaff and the other roommate Chris is British in politics. We love to cook and travel in our free time enjoy sunbathing in the garden on the rare sunny days. We have a handsome Boston terrier named Bosco, who is lazy but super friendly. He usually keeps to himself and sleeps all day in his bed. It is important for us that you can appreciate having a small dog in the house, he will never venture into your room unless he was invited, and he is very clean!


About you: We are looking for someone who can pay their bills on time, working professional is preferred but not required, has a life but also likes to be social with their roommates at times. We love to have more cooks in the house to share some recipes! We love our home to be a home and have had amazing room mates whom have always stayed A year and fallen in love with the house.


The bedroom is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, dresser and night stand.

      I imagine Franco Manca's business dropped off quite a bit when Yard Sale opened (though isn't Yard Sale delivery only?) But in any case, both of those are chains.

      Thanks. I'll call them shortly as I could get there without the car.  That's good of Sainsburys! We've done the apple pie and tart thing, an ongoing muesli thing and the coleslaw thing - just not sure what effect all the sugars are having on our digestive tracts.  If we were in Somerset and had a press, I'd consider it. Can't be that diffcult, can it?

      One time Sainsbury's delivered 6 bags of apples instead of 6 single apples which I couldn't possibly get through. I phoned Pecan in Peckham to ask if they would accept them despite their website stating no fresh foods. I must have phoned at just the right time as they were happy to accept them. Sainsburys gave me a refund so the donation was courtesy of them. Or you could experiment with all kinds of apple recipes and write a blog about it

      There's a food bank off Dog Kennel Hill. Albrighton Community Fridge. https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org/ I'm sure they would welcome them, but maybe check first, as they don't actually mention fresh fruit on their website? But apples aren't that perishable. Drop off seven days a week 9 - 5. Be warned if you are going by car, parking can be very difficult, easiest if there are two of you so one person can take the food in while the other can move the car if necessary.
