Hello?

My girlfriend and I are renting out her two bedroom flat in?Sydenham, SE26. It's a lovely light first floor?flat with high ceilings in a converted Victorian?mansion on a quiet tree-lined residential street.?

It's 10 minute walk from Sydenham station, which?has both National Rail and London Overground lines?including direct trains to London Bridge and?Canada Water. The flat is less than 5 minutes walk?to the wonderful Crystal Palace Park.?

The flat is recently decorated, has its own?

entrance, and the main bedroom has an ensuite. The?building also has a large communal back garden?with securely locked spaces for bikes.?

Please let me know if you are interested or would?like further details including photos by sending?me a PM. We're ideally looking for at least 6?months rental period, suitable for a couple.?Price is ?1500 pcm excluding bills.

Thanks?

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if your flat is still available? Would love some more info on it. It would be for my fianc? and I who are currently looking to move out of a house share in order to have our own space. Maybe PM me over your number / email or something?

Many thanks,

Tom

    • Thanks very much for that.   I think the better informed we are, the better our discussions will be. • Anywhere near the Overground/Windrush due to its excellent transport links.  You will get larger place in SE23 for example that will give you enough spare cash for private school if that's what you really want but states schools generally good, reflecting the demographic  Easy to get to the bustling streets of East Dulwich but in ten years see what happens to Forest Hill centre.  The whole of the area is full of green spaces. Access to East Croydon for days out in the South Coast
