Roofer recommendation - help please!

Help needed! I have an issue with my roof and whilst I have found a good local roofer who could fix the problem, they are unable to get the scaffolding through to the back of the house due to the shape of the downstairs flat hallway and cannot go via my first floor flat windows due to the conservatory below. Has anyone had a similar issue in ED and can recommend a solution, or a roofer recommendation who may be able to help me? Thank you.
