3 Bed, with eat in kitchen, play room, 2 double rooms and a double sized children's bedroom. Just off Herne Hill Rd, and near to Dog Kennel Hill. Very close to Ruskin Park & paddling pool.

Includes all bills, Virgin Media TV & super fast wifi.
