Family wanted for nannyshare

Hello,

We're looking for a like-minded family to share our nanny from the end of September (we can wait a few months if needed). We're based in central East Dulwich, easy walking distance to/from the station. We can host, or share hosting / not host for the right location.

Our lovely nanny came highly recommended on the forum, is warm, caring, fun, patient, kind but firm when needed, cooks fresh food from scratch, very active going out to groups, parks, play dates, library etc. She knows the area really well having done shares here in recent years.

She has many years of experience and has raised her own son (now grown up), and is very used to settling children into shares etc.

We're looking to share tue, wed, thur 8am-6pm, but she could potentially do Mondays too.

She'll be looking after our (then) almost 1yr old daughter who's in a good routine, is a good eater and a fun, happy soul who likes getting out and about as well as playing at home.

The nanny will also drop off and collect our eldest (almost 4 yr old) daughter from local nursery (nr Goose Green & Bellenden Rd) at the beginning and end of the day. Our eldest is a fun, happy, kind, sociable girl who's very sweet with younger children.

We think the setup would best suit a family with a child of similar age to our youngest but we're open to suggestions (just not school drop off only scenarios).

Please pm me if you're interested.

Thanks!

    • Thanks penguin  always wondered about that place and that’s way more info than I ever thought I would get  (used to live above a gun nut on friern road - he would tell me nothing)
    • There was a Saturday afternoon crowd of enthusiasts, and at other times the owner might have been off acquiring stock. He also repaired air guns, which he also sold. He stocked edged weapons, uniforms, including antique uniforms, air guns and ammo and starting pistols and shot. Some medals and other militaria. Quite a lot of ex service chit chat on a Saturday. I had an amateur interest, didn't deal a lot, in English pattern swords and other mainly 19th century militaria. And made some good purchases there. I'm afraid WWII and later events was the major focus of most of the regulars.
    • Did anyone actually venture in to that place? I recall it always being closed/very uninviting!
